OUR MEDICAL FREEDOM DILEMMA ………. GOVERNMENT POPULATION CONTROL BEHIND THE SCENES.
You may have noticed starting with your April-May power company electric bill a new charge entitled Storm Surcharge which varies based on the number of kWh of power you use. This is different from another state approved charge which you’ve been billed for entitled Storm Protection Charge which has occurred for much longer.
After waiting 38 mins* (starting approx 9:20 am today) I finally got thru to a TECO Customer Service Agent to ask what the relatively new Storm Surcharge was about. The nice lady I talked with told me this was a new state approved charge to defray costs of hurricane damage to power company facilities, lines, transformers etc. by Hurricane Ian and was temporary e.g. would occur for 12 months (9 more to go).
– I don’t know about you but I received no written notice from TECO explaining this new Storm Surcharge.
The Storm Protection Charge had previously been explained in writing under a page entitled Understanding Your Electric Charge and was defined as – “The cost of additional hardening efforts to further protect the power grid from hurricanes or other extreme weather events. (Note: Nothing about hardening against EMP events).
The very helpful TECO agent told me something else which was very disturbing along the lines of FL govt (I assume FL Dept of Financial Services – Division of Insurance but could be some other agency) was considering requiring every FL property owner be required to purchase flood insurance whether they live in a flood plane or not. I certainly hope this is not true as it would be very unfair for those of us who don’t live on the coasts or in other flood planes to bear the burden of bailing out those who do and suffer storm surges or other flood damage.
– If it turns out this is true then we tax paying property owners who don’t live in flood plains or flood prone areas should fight against this additional govt mandated expense.
*Note – the explanation for why I had to be on hole for so long was that electric company customers, especially the elderly have been inundated with scam calls often using power company phone numbers that they owe X ? on their electric bills and if they didn’t pay within 24 hours their power would be cut off and, link to send ? either by credit cards or with Bit Coins. This, in turn has led to many more phone calls to the power companies by customers. I was told they had reported this to LE agencies but nothing had been done to curtail these scams.

AMEND OR KILL SENATE BILL 252
Congratulations Governor Ron DeSantis and Senator Colleen Burton, for singlehandedly destroying our medical heath freedoms by pushing SB252 as well as paving the way and giving our sovereignty to World Health Organization (WHO) to take over all medical decisions made by Floridians! Catering to the pharmaceutical industry and ignoring “YOUR SUPPORTORS” is a BIG misstep. In politics, if you do good you get to take all the credit. On the flip side, if you push bad legislation, you get ALL the blame. In this case, Governor Ron DeSantis and Senator Colleen Burton will get all the blame for pushing totalitarian legislation such as SB252. Dr. Ruby’s video accurately addresses this important issue (start time 4:45).
Please CALL and EMAIL Governor Ron DeSantis, Senator Colleen Burton several times, as well as your state legislature and let them know they need to protect Floridians by amending SB252 with the following changes:
SB252 MUST INCLUDE:
Ø protections from all forced vaccines;
Ø vaccine discrimination penalties;
Ø any and all vaccine passports;
Ø the END to ALL mandatory state vaccination tracking, which was set up by DeSantis in March of 2021, which still exists;
Ø Immunity will not apply when the healthcare provider refuses to give a medical treatment that the patient or the patient’s healthcare power of attorney requests or when an action or medical treatment was performed against the will of the patient or the patient’s healthcare power of attorney;
Ø No legislation supersedes the will and the rights of the patient in determining his or her care including transfer to a facility which offers alternative drugs prescribed off label and nutraceuticals.
SB 252 MUST REMOVE:
- any clause referencing international health organizations (or remove “unless authorized to do so under state law, rule, or executive order issued by the Governor under s252.36”)
- any hands off to the federal government for vaccine exemptions

Please flood the Tallahassee call center TONIGHT with short, focused demands that Florida no longer be exposed on the killing fields of international human rights violations, and her citizens, stay sovereign. Ron DeSantis (R) steered $92 million last year in leftover federal coronavirus stimulus money to a controversial highway interchange project that directly benefits a top political donor, according to state records. The decision by the Florida Department of Transportation to use money from the 2021 American Rescue Plan for the I-95 interchange at Pioneer Trail Road near Daytona Beach fulfilled a years-long effort by Mori Hosseini, a politically connected housing developer who owns two large tracts of largely forested land abutting the planned interchange. The funding through the DeSantis administration, approved shortly after the governor’s reelection, expedited the project by more than a decade, according to state documents. Hosseini plans to develop the land — which includes a sensitive watershed once targeted for conservation by the state — into approximately 1,300 dwelling units and 650,000 square feet of nonresidential use, including an outdoor village shopping district. He has called the Woodhaven development, which has already begun construction, his “best project yet” and promised to pull out all the stops for its success.

Dear Friends: I’m forwarding this Epoch Times article because it brings out some important points…directly and indirectly…about the two leading Republican candidates for president, former President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Read the article first because it’s a good lead-in to my comments that follow. Before I get fully started, let me be clear, this commentary is not for those who are hopelessly stricken by the so-called Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS). I wish it could be otherwise because, I dare say, most if not all need Christ in their life…and, believe it or not, the fundamental message herein is spiritual, sincerely crying out for an awakening of those lost in their sins and dragging their country down with them. The actor, Robert DeNiro, for some reason comes to mind…perhaps because, while being a gifted actor, in real life he doesn’t impress one as a great thinker or as a person you might like to have on your debate team. Those who have heard him sound off with meaningless profane utterances against the former president will understand that anything in the least that is pro-Trump will only trigger more nonsense from him and other TDS-afflicted simpletons. Then, this is a paper that basically aims in on a political battle the outcome of which could very well have a bearing on whether our country, founded on Judeo-Christian principles, survives as a free and independent nation or not. Accordingly, I will spend a good bit of time going spiritual…because based on the reality of God’s Word, that’s where the main battle resides (see Ephesians 6:12). That being so, let’s continue to rely on the ultimate authority, our triune God and His Word. There we will discover two additional and pertinent Old Testament scriptures that we can readily apply to our conditions today. First, we find one of God’s ruling proclamations in Daniel 4:17b (KJV), to wit “….that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.” Put a place mark there and go next to 2 Chronicles 7:14; here’s the King James Version, as follows: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” The next important question to ask ourselves then is: What is God’s purpose in placing America in such disreputable “the basest of men” hands? For the answer we need to look at the church in America. Just recently, it was reported that there has been about a 15-20% decline since the 1990s in American families who consider religion as a priority in their family activities or commitments. I don’t particularly like the terms in which the survey was expressed, but it certainly reflects a trend away from faith in Almighty God. That in turn places attention on the state of the church in the United States and that attention has to weigh in on the negative side of the scale as to the community of professing believers and their commitments to Christ. Thus, the appropriateness and timeliness of 2 Chronicles 7:14 for our current predicaments brought on largely by the indifference of much of our people to sin, as defined by the Ten Commandments, and towards the demagogues that now rule over us. Okay, let’s take a pause on the spiritual issues at hand and redirect our attention to the worldly issues. There are currently six candidates in the running and we can expect several more before the full slate is complete, the most prominent one still unfiled probably being former VP Mike Pence. Nonetheless, the two candidates that most likely will prevail will be Trump and DeSantis, with the former president currently holding a commanding lead (about 30-35 points) over the popular Florida governor.
Of course, it is very early, and a lot can change over the next several months. Nevertheless, I’d like to share some key issues with you that will play into a comparative judgment in the matchup between DeSantis and Trump. Specifically, who might be the better candidate for America to go against the Democrat incumbent or nominee, be it Biden or some other candidate to be named later, say, at the Democrat convention? I’m guessing right now it will not be Biden, but what difference does it make? Well, for one, we certainly can expect the cognitive powers to be considerably improved. Still, she or he will remain a puppet to the enemy forces who have been running things since hapless Joe occupied the WH. Here are some of the points that now occupy my mind concerning the subject match up: + Point One: Before Governor DeSantis decided to throw his hat in the ring I considered what would be best for America, for conservative unity, and be the least desirable for the opposition. Here in italics was my preference then and it is now, of course, a lost hope, given the Governor’s recent announcement: The Governor serves out his second term and early in 2027 joins up with the Trump administration in some official capacity. That would set him up for a run at president in 2028 to continue at least eight more years of the MAGA movement and an increasingly stronger America. Something that all tyrants around the globe would have to have second and third thoughts before they would move to challenge our authority in any confrontation in a peace through strength demonstration. Well, my wishful thinking has gone up in smoke and now to the delight of the opposition we have at present the two best Republican candidates for president at each others throat. One last thing, here recently the Governor keeps hammering on the possibility that his candidacy could represent a potential for 8 years in the WH, while Trump can only produce 4 years. How shortsighted. A Trump-DeSantis one-two punch could give America at least a full 12 years of MAGA magnificence. Fact One: Governor DeSantis’ entry into the presidential race is not good for America, but great for the opposition.
+ Point Two: In 2018 former Florida Representative Ron DeSantis (6th congressional district) was elected to be governor of Florida over the very liberal Democrat mayor of Tallahassee, Andrew Gillum, by a very slim 32,463 vote margin. Of all the votes cast that’s less than a 0.4% difference…yes, squeaky close. After the required recount was complete it was verified that neither of the two major candidates received over 50% of the vote. Fact Two: Given all of that, anyone who tries to argue that President Trump’s endorsement of DeSantis and his July 31st MAGA rally in Tampa, centered around Ron DeSantis for governor, did not lift him (DeSantis) to victory in November 2018 will lose his argument hands down.
+ Point Three: Governor DeSantis was re-elected to another 4-year term of office in November 2022 in a landslide over his RINO turned Independent turned Democrat lackluster opponent, Charlie Crist. The resounding victory (59.4% to 40.0%) was well deserved and surprised no one with an ounce of common sense applied to the politics of the day. This noteworthy outcome took place despite an all-out effort by the Democrat Party and their bedfellows, the major media, against a DeSantis re-election. No doubt, the governor earned every bit of his enormous win with the voters because he excelled in running the state in his first term, especially in strong contrast to the hapless running of the country by the puppet Biden administration (2021-2022). But, there still is this following important point to contemplate. Fact Three: President Trump gathered over 1 million more Floridian votes in 2020 than Governor DeSantis did in 2022. + Point Four: The constitutional requirements for the office of president of the United States are:
(a) Be a natural-born citizen of the United States.
(b) Be at least 35 years old.
(c) Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years. That’s it; and there’s absolutely no religious test. Holy Roller, just fine; Atheist, sure; Muslim, okay; Buddhist, positively; Basest of Men, absolutely; and, oh yes, One who doesn’t know it’s Second Corinthians not Two Corinthians, w/o a doubt. And, of course, legal immigrant and illegal alien absolutely not. Now, I know you can hardly wait for this one: There is nothing in the Constitution that prevents someone who has been charged or convicted of a crime from seeking or taking, if elected, the office of president of the United States. There is also nothing in the Constitution barring someone found liable in a civil suit from entering the WH. But, don’t put it past the opposition to try and manufacture something that out of the gate would be unconstitutional. One more thing: Those couple of third world country impeachment proceedings brought by the Pelosi House and kangaroo court, that went nowhere in the Senate, have absolutely no bearing or influence on the qualification issue. Fact Four: Both candidates are highly qualified to run for president.
+ Point Five: Politics can be a nasty vocation. Yes, it’s a real step down for some who can’t refuse the urge to make it a full life’s career like, say, gaffe-prone Joe Biden, who became a rich man in the process. Go figure. But wait, don’t be too quick to jump for joy because there’s many look-a-likes in good old Joe’s nemesis, namely that Grand Old Party (GOP). Now let’s again go deep into God’s Word: Many, not all, but many if not most, are drawn to this vocation by a sinister set of temptations that are covered in depth throughout the Bible. To pick just two such spots, one would have to go first to Genesis 3 to show by satanic demonstration a cause and effect tragic scenario; then much later by orderly summation this menacing dynamic is outlined in 1 John 2:15-17. Now, with that said, it is quite obvious that the good governor of Florida in his impatience couldn’t wait for his perfect time to strike and carry on a coordinated long term attack against the forces of evil now in residence inside the Beltway of Washington, D.C. (See my discussion accompanying Fact One above). He allowed himself to be victim of this evil force to pursue the presidency ahead of a more ideal time. But we can’t stop there. We have the other candidate to consider. Now, we’d be hard pressed to find a more worldly man than Donald J. Trump. He’s obviously been a captive of this set of temptations on many occasions (as have we) but for him most related to his fortune building career all before his political ambitions came into play. Okay, if one stops to consider the two candidates, there is a clear difference on the political scale of things. Trump had it made, so to speak. The last thing he needed to clutter up his life with was a world of cut-throat politics. And, as it turned out, no other president in my lifetime faced the accumulation of cut-throat politics that he did in his first term. Why under God’s heaven would he run in the first place? And now, knowing what’s ahead in his quest for a second term, why would he wish to put himself through the grinder again? He’s a fighter, you say. Yes, that’s true but it’s much more than that. I say it’s love of country. Fact Five: Both candidates have been captives of the sinister set of temptations referred to in God’s Word…again, as have we, we’re not perfect either. But, in the quest for the presidency Trump’s motivations are of a higher quality and for a more pure purpose for America and the people of America. To bolster that, we have the benefit and evidence of his previous four years and his making good on his promises…to say the very least. On the other hand, DeSantis needs more time to gain valuable experience in national and international affairs and to polish up his act.
+ Point Six: No discussion needed. Fact Six: Former President Trump can hit the ground running on day one of his second term. Not only that, he’s a lot smarter person about the deep state mess and other pressing domestic and foreign issues. A President DeSantis has no such advantage.
+ Point Seven: No discussion needed. Fact Seven: In order to be an effective president, whether Trump or DeSantis, the Congress and most of the states must be controlled by the GOP. In my mind, that will be greatest hurdle to overcome. Actually, on three counts: (1) Replacing those in the Republican caucus who tend to be Unipartyists or outright RINOs; (2) Establishing strong conservative leadership in the GOP across the board; and (3) Closing the fraudulent vote potential in various states, regions and precincts where that has been a known problem for decades. + Point Eight: No discussion needed: Fact Eight: A good measure of who the Democrats are most in fear of is who they attack relentlessly through their liberal prosecutors and courts. You know who that is. If you can, look at it as they might look at it: To them and their bedfellows in the media and in the ranks of those afflicted with that dreaded TDS disease, he falls in the category of: “the basest of men” because he threatens their quest for total control and annihilation of all opposition. And, so they act like cornered rats knowing that their a– is grass if he once again gains a foothold. Please pray and work for his re-election, otherwise our a– may be grass until the Lord comes back to take us Home.
+ Point Nine: No discussion needed: Fact Nine: Yes, there’s only one Donald Trump!!
