This is the link about Michael spoke with you that makes it VERY easy to contact your representatives to request them to vote to get us out of the UN.
Hopefully if it’s sent out to our members they will take a few minutes to do it.
Also, the site I’ve shared before- Democracy.io allows one to plug their address in and it automatically selects the appropriate elected official for the address entered and sets up an email template to write them.

The Core Is Public Service 4 Oct. ‘25
Today’s America is partially due to a Congress which has yet to be
acquainted with accountability. And it’s not a recent ailment since
this predates our grandparents. If fact, the only bright spark was
during the fifties when sessions of the House Un-American Activities
Committee, HUAC, were held. Since then, selected candidates have been
of a more pliable nature so a redo of the HUAC would never again be
possible!
No matter the offense, effective action is often blocked or hidden
under the guise of bipartisanship. It was President Washington who
warned against “the spirit of the party,” for which he reasoned that
they tend to dominate, and become prioritized over country.
This ineffectiveness accumulates over time so that the eventual
crippling of cultural traditions and the weakening of Constitutional
adherence is attainable. One lesser example of not being so worthy of
enforcement was Congress’s unwritten rule which barred head wear. Hats
were carried into the chamber but never worn. Then “the squad”
appeared, of which even their legitimacy of office remains in
question! However, since their religious beliefs demanded head wear,
this issue was best ignored. Their intent of office stands as a
testament of their inherent disrespect of Congress and its standards!
Most importantly is the lack of legislation which certain events,
actions or situations should require. Usually, investigative panels
and committees are formed but its proceedings end without results.
Hell, Americans are still waiting over sixty years to read a
conclusive report of JFK’s killer! Then again, typical of our second
rate personnel was their Tonkin Gulf Resolution, legitimizing future
policies from a make believe event!
Our country could never be with such “do-nothings!” However, that was
at a time when those in Congress were volunteer citizens who served
with honesty and with best intentions. Their expenses from serving
were addressed in the form of reimbursements. Today, the same
positions are filled with party selections who, once in office, work
to be re-elected so that their lucrative salary continues. Along with
their six figure slary are the perks of a guaranteed retirement and
free healthcare forever!
With such reckless spending, the annual price tag for this
governmental behemoth now operates with an annual interest rate of
approximately one trillion American dollars! A limited government is
not in session. In fact, neither is an accountable one. All this was
forecast by Benjamin Franklin when warning, “In America,
salaries,…are extremely low…The honor of of serving the people
ably and faithfully is deemed sufficient.” He also said that the love
of power and money is within every man; when joined, watch out!
Can we see the error of our ways? First we need to erase one’s pursuit
of a career in office. This will be when “we the people” do the
selecting of who they want to be their voice in Congress. Also,
instilling accountability requires that the oath of office be duly
enforced. This effort will also upgrade the caliber in Congress since
the scoundrel will fear an ever present Constitutional accounting!
Thus, this will reduce future wannabes! From these doable actions,
accountable governing will become a reassuring reality. It’s always
been “we the people” who began and could now again preserve our
America!

The Beast Among Us 12 Sept. ‘25
The attempts against President Trump’s life and the assassination of
Charlie Kirk, are the measures when the communists feel threatened by
the power from an effective enemy. Their ussual tactics of personal
slander, public discrediting or ridicule are as ineffective as they
were against Trump. Such tactics worked against McCarthy and Goldwater
but neither man had Trump’s resourceful bounce back abilities nor
Charlie’s magnetic appeal.
As a billionaire who was a democrat and chummy with that party’s
leadership, Trump’s political conversion into the ranks of the enemy
represented a betrayal and a major threat. During and after his first
term, the dem’s “anti” campaign greatly expanded. Their desperation
became obvious from their extreme tactics against Trump’s 2020
re-election bid. Such measures should have been telling when viewing
this frustration and their willingness to do whatever it took. As
their manifesto states, the end justifies the means!
Facing all this, Trump remained undeterred and was re-elected after
campaigning against two empty suits. Prior to winning, his
determination increased after those two assassination attempts. The
first, at Butler Pa., was as disgraceful as was the previous murder of
Air Force veteran Ashley Babbitt. Both actions, which failed to muster
any after-the-fact investigations, ironically involved questionable on
site security measures.
Meanwhile, it’s fair to say current American opinion is from this
biased and fake reporting. As such, the media’s current product,
alone, justifies their “fake news” claim. This revision from it’s
“free press” fame reflects just how successful these communist have
been with eliminating one of our first amendment’s unalienable rights!
Our American society has usually been quiet and relatively peaceful
due mainly to our Christian beliefs and community sharing. Now picture
the communist when facing this. So after decades of slowly nudging us
out of our comfort zones and downplaying certain traditions, importing
violence became a quick fix necessity after Trump’s arrival. With our
serenity in the past, a sense of insecurity was surfacing. This is
today’s new American scene; one of indiscriminate violence and the
assassinating of any real threat!
Likewise, Charlie Kirk’s assassination was in response to his
messaging and magnetic appeal of the young! Not only did Mr. Kirk,
Charlie, preach a return to basic America, his words were from our
Creator! His message, plus his ability to connect and draw the young
away from this evil presence needed to arouse only one individual from
today’s human sea of despondency to, in their own demented minds, save
the world!
Charlie’s murder would have never happened if today’s speechifying of
hatred had been “nipped in the bud.” Back in the sixties, college
students came home to their loving parents with the actions and
verbiages of strangers! It was noticeable then but the need was not
pressing, It is today! Charlie Kirk went face to face with this
communist beast and won! Americans were listening to Charlie Kirk as
they once had listened to Paul Revere. What followed Revere’s words,
American goodness and greatness, was Charlie’s vision. That goodness
which our revolution afforded was returning with Charlie’s lead.
Charlie’s been taken from us but his words are everlasting, as is
America’s goodness!

America’s Honorable Return 3 Sept. ‘25
With due respect to the nearly 100,000 American lives lost in
America’s two so-called wars to “stop the spread of communism,” it
must be stated that we, as a free people living within a so-called
limited government, and having its final sovereign authority resting
with “we the people,” we are not worthy of the freedoms which the
Founders bequeathed.
Our current disrespect is heightened on certain days reserved for our
remembrance and honor of those who “gave their all.” Somehow, this
anti-American mindset now connects our solemn reflections onto the
sordid world of politics. Their contention is that these special days
glorify conservatism and act as recruitment specials.
Ever since the 2008 election, our political scene has been detoured by
implementing communism’s recall of racism as its major divisional tool
for their highlighting of societal jealousies, racial discord which is
now spiced up with white supremacy. Our unity during WWII shinned and
therefore became a probable factor for today’s emphasis. Their recent
success is embarrassing since it required less than twenty years; as
those sixties revealed!
Today, America has succumbed to an even deeper disloyalty as known
communists are being elected into all levels of governing. One can
pretty well judge this communist growth from these watershed
happenings. These have been so obvious that it motivated a billionaire
to side line his creature comforts for an Oval Office stint. What he
endured, while holding office and during his forced “R&R” has
motivated many to rethink certain political beliefs and loyalties,
therefore erasing many discriminatory prejudices for both the love of
country and her preservation. Also some have had it with just being
used!
As such, what is being shouted out daily is not what it seems. It’s
not the man since many critics have enjoyed personal friendships in
prior years. It’s what he represents and his successful policies which
are antithetical to their communist-global schedule. It’s gotten so
that now, “all the cards are on the table.” Instead of waiting until
assuming office, current candidates are professing their communist
intentions prior to election day. This tactic seems to be counter
productive since they are losing more than they attract.
Our Forefather created a government which required citizen
participation; due to their assigning its sovereign authority to the
people. This communist infestation is the result from that
responsibility becoming too heavy a burden. Therefore, today is our
mess to clean up! President Trump can only do so much, so it “we the
people” time, once again!
For many Americans, and especially those who grew up with the belief
that communism was and is evil, the present landscape coupled with
this verbal nonsense about a better life than what is now every day
America has re-ignited our deepest American loyalties.
Communism doesn’t offer work as a self motivator, their only option is
to do or die! And contrary to this modern theme, challenges and the
effort to confront each are beneficial; it builds character and self
confidence. Here. in a land that provides the individual with self
improvement options, can one be damn thankful that collectives are
not! Here in America, it’s “be all you can be”! God Bless America, and
all those who keep her free!

America’s Infallible Cure 27 Aug. 26
America’s present situation has been periodically nurtured with
falsehoods such as, “America isn’t a Christian nation.” Not that it’s
been a major influence but it certainly provided more steam for this
anti-American engine. A corrective response is best served from a time
when America gained her independence. Few realize that a deep study of
previous governments enriched our Founder’s ability to create a
government that would best provide freedom. Facts, such as America
winning her independence are building blocks for study and agreement
So are the Founder’s quotes our bedrock for a cure.
With respect for our American traditions, one of which is ladies
first, it’s only proper to begin with a 1775 letter by Abigail Adams,
in which her wrote, “A patriot without religion in my estimation is as
great a paradox as an honest Man without the fear of God…The
Scriptures tell us ‘righteousness exalteth a Nation.’”
Supporting her belief is George Washington’s July 9 1776 General Order
to his men; “The General hopes and trusts, that every officer and man
will endeavour so to live, and act, as becomes a Christian Soldier…”
His General Order acts as a testimony to our true Christian heritage.
After the Constitution’s ratification, a lady confronted Benjamin
Franklin wanting to know what type of government that she would live
under. He replied with his famous, “A Republic if you can keep it.”
His response was from knowing that never before was a nation’s people
given the final authority to its people, as is stipulated in the
constitution. He stated that, “Only a virtuous people are capable of
freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of
masters.” Sound familiar?
In agreement was Thomas Jefferson, although with one reservation;
“Yes, we did produce a near perfect Republic. But will they keep it,
or will they, in the enjoyment of plenty, lose the memory of freedom?”
With today’s attitudes and ease of living, his concern for the
Republic’s future is being justified
This caution about tomorrow’s Republic was from their study of
previous republics and of human nature. An uneasiness naturally
elevated their reliance and devotion for faith, in hopes of
strengthening the public’s virtue so as to temper human wants and
passions. John Adams reasoned that , “Our Constitution was made only
for a moral and religious people.”
The government chosen required a responsible citizenry. It was James
Madison who stated that, “We have staked the future of all our
political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for
self-government; upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern
ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the
Ten Commandments.” He then warned, “Is there no virtue among us? If
there be not, we are in a wretched situation.” His bit of curiosity is
today’s “breaking news.”
As far as Religious worship and faith in general, James Madison,
during Virginia’s ratifying convention stated; “There is not a shadow
of right in the general government to intermeddle with religion. Its
least interference with it would be a most flagrant usurpation.” Along
with “healing wounds,” seems time also has a negative effect.
The peaceful and responsible America of our Founders continued at
least till 1831 when the Frenchman Alexis de Tocqueville toured our
new country and was so impressed that he wrote , “America is great
because she is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America
will cease to be great.” His applause was then appreciated but now it
would sadly be irrelevant!

I’m so old that I can recall how Europeans used to frown over
America’s inhibitions regarding sexuality. Sadly, such a critique is
no longer voiced. My memory was jolted from a brief review in John
Stormer’s 1998 None Dare Call It Education best seller. Although
experienced by those of my age set, Stormer’s concise listing had more
of an impact than living it one at a time simply because its
continuing deterioration was revealed as the as the key contributor
leading to today’s uncertainties.
This reading brought back all the pluses and joys of what was “the
best of times.” I mean truthfully, if we can ever get pass the “yeah
buts” and alibis, others may begin to understand that those lessons
and trials that served my generation are still available. Yes, there
were restrictions for just about everything but our eventual obedience
molded well balanced and peaceful citizens. We still acted up but
punishment was always waiting!
Within one’s quiet thought process, of which is becoming a premium
today, just ask whether today or yesterday’s standards mold a more
productive citizen or a healthier and more peaceful society. Stormer
cites 1960 as being the specific time period. He begins with the FCC
forbidding the words “Hell” or “Damn”over the airwaves. “Prayer and
Bible reading were permitted in America’s schools. It was safe to walk
even big city streets at night…There was no drug problem, no
X-rated, R-rated or PG movies…there was no co-ed dorms on college
campuses or in Army barracks, and no birth control pills (they were
introduced in May 1960) and no legalized abortions…”
Today, parents are grudgingly thankful for abortion pills, usually
citing the excuse that “can’t stop them, they’re going to do it
anyway.” This caving in attitude is a contributing factor for many of
today’s failures. What happened to parental authority; a strict father
figure and of course a young lady’s morality and self worth? From
personal experiences, believe me when I say, there were limits that
were enforced when on a date.
It’s now a given that it’s dangerous to walk on a city street at
night. In fact, this has been encouraged from when authorities express
their intention to “defund” the police. Somehow, this all snowballed
from a false media rendering of a proper arrest. Sensitivity and
social justice took precedence over standards for any normal
investigative procedure. Since then, it’s common to view the police,
and not the criminal, as a possible culprit.
Stormer’s brief listing only scratches the surface of America’s
dangerous and illegal governing. For this to happen, a segment of
America’s conscientiousness was first dumbed down, then controlled and
finally corrupted. Thankfully, as a result of distant but not
forgotten memories of what was, an awakening is occurring and its
movement is returning home to the America of old. Gratifying as this
is, the awaiting peril impells our reunity and with the requirement
for us not to give an inch. No more compromising!
We need to understand that what made America so great was their effort
and their faith. From now on, we take the harder path, and embrace our
challenges. Easy doesn’t teach, doesn’t build character, it only
inhibits. Our traditions must return at a full gallop. That portrait
of George Washington, hanging in every classroom needs rehanging, now!

Why NPR & PBS Should Be Defunded

On my long drive home from Jacksonville today, I was in the process of switching radio stations when I came across one of three NPR stations on my car radio. The riots in Los Angeles seemed to be the topic, so I paused to hear what they had to say about it. What I heard only reinforced my views about those on the Left. They are outright liars, and they are nothing more than low-life propagandists and mouthpieces for the Left-wing apparatus in this country. Altogether, as a group, they appear hell-bent on destroying this great republic. And they are still angry at Trump and the MAGA Movement. This is how the radio conversation went…
The NPR commentator falsely stated that Trump had sent our US Marines into Los Angeles to suppress the protesters, which was an outright lie. Our fine US Marines were sent to the City of Angels to protect Federal Buildings and other federal property. And even if they were sent there to suppress the rioters, they had just cause to. Rioters are not protesters. The scums causing havoc over there are nothing more than anarchists.
The commentator also had problems with Vice President JD Vance rightfully calling the situation in Los Angeles an insurrection and asking on air, “When did protesters waving a foreign flag ever reach the level of an insurrection?” Yes, this brain-dead commentator actually asked this. I say if they love and miss Mexico so much, let them go back home. Let’s be real, this is a riot, not a protest. These nut jobs are setting fires, destroying property, assaulting and maiming law enforcement, looting, and blocking traffic.
This commentator also referenced Trump’s earlier comment about California Governor Newsom’s risk of being arrested if he were to break the law, then this commentator had the audacity to ask when have we, as a country, started going after elected officials with the intent to put them in jail. I say, perhaps you might want to ask President Trump that question. Not only did they try to put him behind bars for life, they also wanted to put him in the poor house. With several attempts to kill him under their belts, it is obvious they wanted him dead, as well, perhaps with a little help from their friend (Iran?).
The sad part of this is that low-information individuals, those who only watch Legacy Media, and those who are tuned in to NPR and PBS, tend to believe the misinformation coming from these sources. This is why we must stay positive and remain firm in our beliefs and convictions. Fortunately for us, the Left is committing suicide right before our eyes and it’s all self-inflicted. I say, let them. Let them go the way of the cassette player and eight-track player. At least you will likely find a cassette player or eight-track player in a museum down the road… In my eyes, the Left isn’t worthy of such a distinction… So, I say, step aside. Do not stand in the way of them becoming extinct… They are simply getting what they deserve.
On the 250th Anniversary of the United States Army parade, which will take place within an hour, I was hard-pressed to find any favorable coverage of it. Legacy media outlets are focused on the No King’s Day March and big time. While they are referring to the Washington DC Anniversary of the Army Parade as nothing more than a spectacle, they have little problem portraying the rioters as patriots who are just exercising their constitutional right to protest. Once again, the myopic Left is siding with the forces of evil. If you ask me, this is a path that will ultimately lead to their demise. They have my blessings! For me, it’s not soon enough…

Just how the hell can we defeat this communist presence when most Americans don’t even know the form of government that they live under? During at least the past fifty years, the bi-partisan chants of America being a democracy have increased in frequency and intensity. Given that truth can never be totally silenced, the more inquisitive among us realize that contrary to this dangerous rhyme, America always was and still remains a Constitutional Republic! The difference between the two is immense!
This daily democracy drum beat simply serves as a conditioning agent which eventually can alter one’s allegiance, with its tendency to shape individual thought which in turn can affects our American loyalties. This has sadly been the agenda even before George Washington’s portrait was removed from every American classroom.
No matter their chosen fields, today’s authority figures are in sync with this democracy nonsense and routinely gain air time. Its inconceivable that at least some weren’t, at one time, familiar with our Declaration and our other Founding documents. Even the exchange Ben Franklin had with a Mrs. Powell, after our Constitution’s ratification, is now considered common knowledge. The lady asked, and I paraphrase with, what kind of government do we have, to which Franklin responded “A Republic, if you can keep it.”
There was a time when the start of the school day began by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, which in part states “…and to the Republic for which it stands…” Then there’s the fact that democracy isn’t mentioned in any founding document! This proof shsould be all that’s needed to dispell this dangerous nonsense. And, their omission was intentional since our Founders were united in their opposition to democracy. John Adams stated, “There never was a democracy that did not commit suicide.” With his review of past democracies, Hamilton believed, in part, “never possessed one good feature of government…their very character was tyranny.” Then there is their Constitutional writing which stipulates; “The United Sates shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government.” And still, this drum beat gains believers?
Back in the eighties and early nineties, the Russian leader Mikhail Gorbachev, was pushing a program called Perestroika. In fact he wrote a book about his “New Thinking” for the world. He summarized with, “Every part of our program of perestroika – is fully based on the principle of more socialism and more democracy.” He then reemphasized with, “We want more socialism and, therefore, more democracy” This aligned with Marx who had long before stated; “the first step in the revolution [is] to win the battle of democracy.” Stalin later detailed with, “Socialism is impossible without democracy.”
To this, our then President ignorantly said, “there is no greater advocate of perestroika than the President of the United States.” He then added, “We can now dare to imagine a new world, with a new Europe, rising on the foundations of democracy” Really?
Unknowingly, individual rights are non-existant in a democracy! In fact, nothing that we currently take for granted exists! Even elections, if any, are by popular vote tallies which are emotionally driven and without any adherence to law. Is this really what we want?

What Caused This Change 13 Apr ‘25
TV viewers were recently asked why/what changed the democrat party? It
didn’t change, it just bared its true red color against its first
legitimate Presidential threat. Although rare, when a threat did
appear, as with Sen. Goldwater, it was successfully snuffed out by its
media cohort’s negative imprint affecting enough voters on election
day.
So, it’s not as though the democrat party didn’t employ their normal
“dirty tricks” to both runs of Trump, it’s just that every effort
failed. Starting with that richly touted Steele Dossier of Hillary’s
to ballot shenanigans followed by their new “lawfare” tactics and then
finally, the two failed assassination attempts. What we are seeing
today is the continuation of that last option and it will get worse as
this threat remains and gains.
Still, Trump’s only the vehicle, it’s the truth that’s so destructive
of their mischief. His campaigning and eventual nomination provided a
national platform for his plain talk. His prior resume helped gather
audiences who when listening, began to ask, consider and agree. Truth
will turn the tide as it answers and fills the emptiness from the
politician’s usual blather. And when this comes from a citizen
candidate, it’s more easily accepted.
After that 2020 election fiasco, four years of a “not being there”
leadership merely increased the likelihood of a successful Trump
re-election. As mentioned, both assassination attempts failed.
However, the desperation from fielding a less than stellar democrat
candidate, twice, sped up employing this final chapter of their
schedule.
Today, the label democrat misleads as recent actions and manners of
speech counter the politician’s past pleasant and polite exchanges.
Today’s loud oratory is accusatory, slanderous and threatening. This
does not reflect the acumen or diligence that their office requires
nor that their voters expected. The only difference between the
ruffians on the street and those in congress is location and apparel,
excepting one Senator.
Gauging the extent of this anti-American/captialist mindset, caan be
had with recalling the “elder statesmen,” Sen. Chuck Schumer, who was
thought to be more reliable and stable if only due to his lengthy
Senate tenure. However, his recent oratory has been borderline
criminal, which now calls into question his Senate status and assumed
American allegiance. His infamous threat against a sitting Supreme
Court justice somehow avoided the minimal handslapping rebuff from the
Senate’s duty of reprimand.
Sadly, the democrat party has, over time, adopted the foreign ideology
of our communist enemy. This has finally been outed and now rightly
threatened. Consequently, all else becomes secondary to their
communist driven takeover of our Blessed America. This imperative
called for their open door policy at our southern border which invited
all the terrorists of the world! Now, they are attempting to block the
Trump administration from extricating this massive illegal and
threatening presence by using their judicial cohorts.
What more needs to happen before this “in house” threat to American
governing is fully appreciated and dealt with? The 2026 mid terms
presents a chance to fumigate and rid the house and senate of these
traitorous politicians. President Trump can’t do it all!

I think it would be safe to say our city is paying more than adequate salaries. I feel most hard working folks would have loved to have a 16.5% wage increase over the last five years and have not. I would hope you feel the same and find their pay more than sufficient.

Well I guess we should be glad we at least should not see this come back for more money for a project manager!
I am aware we need to fix the roof if it leaks, but in the agenda packet I do not see any diagrams or pictures to where the roof issues lie. Isn’t this the building still undergoing repairs from a fire? How do we know this is not due to the fire? Like I said I do not see any diagrams or pictures, only the bid.
What I am concerned with is if the project is approved, the funding will need to be reappropriated to the FY 2024-2025 budget through the year-end budget amendment process and the agenda packet is lacking enough information to make an informed decision.
And I may have missed it, when is the projected date of completion of the project, and is the city charging a penalty if the project is not completed on time?

Dear Editor,
How ironic that after discovering a case of Polio in Gaza the combatants, the PLO and the IDF have agreed to a 3 day suspension of their war, so that the Polio vaccine can be delivered to the inhabitants of Gaza. Why ironic? Hamas and the PLO slaughtered 1,200 Israelis and is still murdering innocent Israeli hostages taken on the first day of their invasion of Israel on October 7th, as evidenced by the six Israeli bodies found in a PLO tunnel.
And, an American-Jewish scientist, Jonas Salk, developed the Polio Vaccine on March 26, 1953, 71 years ago, which has saved millions throughout the world from a terrible disease, inflicting also an American president FDR. That is what is ironic. While the PLO and its allies and masters in Iran try to eradicate the tiny Jewish State, the lives of their Arab-Muslim children are being saved because of a Jewish man they would have murdered along with all the Jews in the world. Jews would rather save lives than destroy them like their enemies.
